Saint Louis, March, 29 2012 – The Pasta House Co. in Fairview Heights, Illinois is gearing up for its fourth annual Pasta for Pets event on Wednesday, April 25 from 6-9pm, a fundraiser benefiting Gateway Pet Guardians. The event, which has been very successful in the previous three years, is a popular family affair that features a silent and a live auction with many items including gift certificates to restaurants and other local businesses, tickets to sporting events and much more. An appetizer buffet is available for $10 and a DJ will be on-site to entertain attendees.

“This is a fun-filled event that brings the community together for a great cause. We have had great turnout in the past and we are preparing for an even bigger turnout this year”, said Jamie Case, Executive Director of Gateway Pet Guardians. “We’ve grown the event so much from the first year, we’ve had to get a tent and move into the parking lot!”

For an additional $50 donation, attendees can reserve bar side high-top tables. Reservations are limited and first-come, first-serve. For reservation information, please email info@gatewaypets.com. For those who cannot attend the event itself, they may also dine at The Pasta House Co. in Fairview Heights any time during the day of April 25 and a portion of the of their meal purchase will go directly to Gateway Pet Guardians to help rescue more homeless dogs and cats from East St. Louis and the surrounding area.
