Adoptable Dog in St. Louis: Meet Pongo!
This pumpkin is ready to have some fun this Halloween! His name is Pongo, formally known as Sebastian. He was surrendered by an owner who was keeping him chained outside because he wasn’t potty-trained. However, he hasn’t not had a single accident at his foster home!
Pongo is a Pit Bull Terrier mix and weighs only forty-two pounds. He is neutered and up-to-date with his shots. Although he loves his foster home, he is anxiously waiting for his furever home!
Pongo loves kids and other dogs. He follows his foster mom everywhere! He’s a great loyal companion. His favorite activity is playing tug of war with his furry foster sister. He also loves to run around with her in the backyard. Pongo loves to play, but once play time is over he wants nothing more than a good old fashioned cuddle. He loves snuggling on the couch!
Pongo is both potty-trained and crate-trained. He does great in his crate and doesn’t seem to mind it at all. He is a smart boy who already knows the commands sit and wait. He’s a great listener who will sit for his food and wait until his foster mom tells him it’s okay to eat. He makes for a great passenger on car rides and loves greeting all the people he meets during adventures with his foster mom.
