Fagen
“Little Fiery One”
Meet Fagen – one of Gateway Pet Guardians’ adoptable dogs in St. Louis! Fagen was found at a hard time in his puppy life. A little over one year ago, GPG rescued him from living outside in a space between houses. Even though Fagen was found at a tough time in his life, he still has a loving and playful personality that always shines through (watch a video of him playing here).
An ideal day-in-the-life of Fagen would look like this:
- Run
- Take a walk
- Run more
- Play with dog friends
- Play with dog toys
- Play in some water
- Say hi to the cat
- Keep playing with dog friends
- Lay on the soft kitchen mat
- Chew on some doggie-friendly toys (you’ll need lots of these)
- Probably play some more
Even though Fagen truly is a “little fiery one” when it comes to play – he doesn’t let that get in the way of his love to learn. Fagen is potty trained, he knows “sit” and “stay” and he is learning “lay down” too. He is thought to be an Australian Shepherd and Spaniel mix, and he is neutered and up to date with shots as well.
Fagen is truly a special pup – and someone else thinks so too. An anonymous GPG donor has paid for Fagen’s adoption fee AND his dog training. This donor has committed to getting Fagen into a loving, forever home.
