1st: Staring Down Fate
Staring Down Fate is a pre-release screening. It is a journey into our relationship with wildlife and nature as told through the life of Chris Lucash who spent many of his childhood years in O’Fallon, MO. Diagnosed with ALS, Chris searches for meaning while the endangered red wolf he dedicated himself to saving faces potential extinction with fewer than 45 left in the wild. Chris inspires us to reconntect with nature and live with purpose.

2nd: In the Shadow of the Arch
The homeless pet population in East St. Louis is a constant battle for Gateway Pet Guardians. This documentary provides a glimpse into an organization that feeds, rescues and adopts hundreds of animals each year abandoned by society. Be inspired by the story of four of these gentle creatues as they find their way to their forever homes.
