Gateway Pet Guardians has several events in store this holiday season! Below are just a few of the adoption events we’d like to highlight. Please note that not all of our available animals will be in attendance at each event. If you are interested in meeting a specific animal, please fill out an adoption application. Optimist Santa Parade

Have you adopted from GPG? Are you a volunteer or donor and want to show support? March with us on Friday, November 27 to show your GPG spirit! This year’s theme is “North Pole Shelter.” We’ll have adoptable dogs on site.
Rolling Ridge Nursery Adoption Event

Rolling Ridge Nursery, 60 North Gore, Webster Groves, MO 63119
Rolling Ridge Nursery is holding a customer appreciation day, and has invited Gateway Pet Guardians to join in on the fun! Stop by for small bites, sips and shopping; fresh cut trees; wreaths and roping; greenery and berries; award winning poinsettias; houseplants and terrariums; and handtied bows and holiday decor! We’ll have adoptable pets on site.
Purina Farms Pet-acular Holiday Bazaar
December 12 & 13, 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
Purina Farms Event Center, 200 Checkerboard Drive, Gray Summit, MO
Come shop, celebrate, and commemorate the season at the Purina Farms Event Center at their Pet-acular Holiday Bazaar! This event is especially for kids, dogs and kids at heart. Here is the line-up of activities:
- Photos with Santa
- Live entertainment featuring dancing, singing and variety acts
- Vendors selling unique crafts
- Inflatable bounce houses and slides
- Canine obstacle course
- Face painting, coloring contests and sand art
- Dog demonstrations of flying disc and duck herding
- Special craft area for kids ages 12 and under
- Delicious food at the Checkerboard Cafe
Admission and parking are FREE! No reservations needed. We’ll have adoptable pets on site.
